Prep cook - flexible shifts
$18 - $21 per hour1830 Chophouse
1830 Chophouse strives to offer the highest quality in steaks and seafood sourced from the best sources available and prepared to highlight the unique flavors of each dish. To accomplish this, we want each of our staff members to feel at home and supported. We will provide each staff member with the tools and training to succeed in our restaurant and our industry while having a great time doing the job.
Cooks at 1830 Chophouse are responsible for preparation of food items on their assigned station during their shift. Teamwork is essential to ensuring the food is ready in a timely manner. Cleanliness and attention to detail in food preparation are the main focus.
Prep any stock needed items on your station
Help any team member who requires additional assistance
Clean up your station and any equipment used
Restock items for the next shift
Basic kitchen skills including using a knife, proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures, and teamwork
~ Free meals during each shift worked
Extensive and ongoing training for motivated employees
Flexible work schedule
Many major holidays off including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day
Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
