Phone Counselor - Crisis
Status: Full-Time, Overnight shift (12am-8am)

Sante is seeking a Full -Time Phone Counselor to work on-site with our crisis intervention team in Westminster, MD . As a Phone Counselor, you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals experiencing a crisis and will provide support by evaluating needs, assessing risks, providing goal-directed counseling and crisis planning. Deescalate clients in crisis over the phone.
Knowledge and familiarity with community resources, both mental health and non-mental health.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field of study OR five (5) years of experience working on a crisis hotline.
19.00-$21.50 per hour, based on experience.
Additional 20% shift differential for working overnights
Overnights: 12am to 8am, Monday to Friday
