We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join a fast-paced, high-volume immigration practice in New York City. This role focuses primarily on family-based immigration matters while also providing opportunities to handle removal-defense cases and represent clients in immigration court
The attorney will independently manage a high-volume caseload from initial intake through final resolution, working closely with a dedicated paralegal to ensure timely filings, effective client communication, and compliance with immigration deadlines
Responsibiliti

n.Handle family-based immigration matters, including I-130 petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing, and related application
s.Prepare and review immigration petitions, applications, motions, and supporting documentatio
n.Communicate with clients regarding case strategy, required documentation, deadlines, and case update
s.Collaborate with paralegals throughout the preparation and filing proces
s.Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, ICE, and the BIA as require
d.Handle removal-defense matters, including asylum, waivers, cancellation of removal, motions to reopen, and immigration court hearings when applicabl
e.Maintain accurate case records while ensuring compliance with all filing deadline
