Head of Product & Customer Experience

The High Speed Internet Product Manager contributes to success by strategizing, defining, delivering, and maintaining medium-sized products and enhancements. This role focuses on improving customer experience, driving enterprise growth, increasing revenue, reducing churn, and scaling the Broadband business. The Product Manager partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial, UX,
Engineering, and other stakeholders to uncover opportunities, advocate for customer needs, and deliver impactful solutions. They are ultimately accountable for their area of ownership including customer research, soliciting and generating product requirements, creating the product roadmap, mapping out and communicating the customer experience, planning and driving delivery across all involved stakeholders from end-to-end, proactively
identifying and mitigating risks, facilitating team meetings, monitoring and communicating delivery status, and more.

o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience. o 4 years Product Management, or Project/Program Management experience delivering medium business/technology initiatives.
o Strong ability to identify/analyze/ synthesize product use data.
o Strategic and creative ideation and problem solving.
o Solid understanding of customer experience.

o Product Owner Certification (CSPO) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Preferred
