Position Profile We are seeking a skilled, reliable Phlebotomist to support mobile lab collection across our patient population. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, managing their own daily route, and delivering high-quality patient care in the field.
Phlebotomist Responsibilities: Perform blood draws in patient homes, assisted living communities, and other residential settings
Ensure accurate patient identification, labeling, and specimen handling
Prepare, store, and transport specimens according to protocol
Manage daily schedule and travel between patient locations
Communicate effectively with clinical teams regarding lab orders and completion
Maintain supply inventory and ensure readiness for daily routes
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Phlebotomy certification (CPT, RPT, or equivalent) or relevant experience.
1+ year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
Strong venipuncture skills (including difficult draws).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solution driven, creative and resourceful problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage time well and perform assigned duties with attention detail, accuracy and follow-through.
Proficient computer skills.
Valid driver\'s license.

The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. The pay range for this role in the state of Colorado typically falls at $20.00-25.00 with the potential for performance-based bonuses and other benefits. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and location within the state.
