CURRENT POSITIONS AVAILABLE Art Director Big ideas, concepts, and stories are your playground. You’re inspired by culture, design, and the power of visual storytelling. As an Art Director, you have the ability to develop bold, culturally relevant ideas that are both visually compelling and strategically grounded.

You bring concepts to life across multiple channels—from social and digital to print and brand experiences—while maintaining a strong sense of craft and attention to detail. You collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to develop creative that connects with audiences and delivers real results for clients.

Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, visual design, and storytelling

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design, advertising, or a related field

3+ years of art direction and design experience, preferably within an advertising agency

Experience developing creative from concept through final production

Ability to translate strategic insights into compelling visual ideas and campaigns

Experience creating audience‑focused creative across print, digital, and social platforms (mobile‑first)

Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently articulate and sell creative ideas internally and to clients

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple projects and deadlines

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud

Solid understanding of preparing production‑ready files for both digital and print environments
