Job Title: Packer Job Description

The Packer plays a key role in supporting production operations by working closely with machine operators and team members to ensure all products are accurately packed, labeled, and prepared to meet customer requirements and quality standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow work orders precisely, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work area in a modern manufacturing environment.

Work closely with machine operators and team members to ensure products meet customer requirements and quality standards.

Inspect finished products to confirm they meet specifications and quality standards.

Perform visual inspections and verify measurements throughout the production flow.

Complete additional tasks as assigned to support production and shipping operations.

Handle packing, labeling, packaging, and shipping activities as part of the production process.

Stand for long periods while performing packing and inspection tasks.

Walk, sit, bend, and talk on the phone as needed to complete job duties.

Strong attention to detail in packing, labeling, and inspecting products.

Capability to perform visual inspections and verify measurements using simple measuring tools.

Strong command of English, both written and spoken, to read work orders and communicate with team members.

High school diploma or GED required.

At least 1 year of factory or manufacturing experience preferred.

Experience in packing, production, labeling, packaging, or shipping environments is an advantage.

Comfort working around manufacturing machinery and equipment while following safety protocols.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.

This is a first-shift position with hours from 6:30 a.m. The role is based in modern manufacturing facilities designed around safety, efficiency, and teamwork. The workplace emphasizes a “Safe to the Core” culture, where employees perform hands-on tasks confidently and safely while working around machinery, materials, and equipment. The environment is active and production-focused, with a combination of standing, walking, and occasional desk work to review documentation and work orders.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Brunswick, NJ.
