TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Lancaster, South Carolina, 29720!

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry
Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 3x12 or 4x12 shifts | Every other weekend required | On-call not required
Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit within a short-term acute care hospital setting
Maintain patient ratios of 1:6–1:7 while delivering safe, high-quality nursing care
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, identifying and managing cardiac dysrhythmias as needed
Float within scope to like units as required to meet facility staffing needs
Participate in emergency response team assignments during hurricane season (June–November) if applicable
Active South Carolina RN license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start date
Minimum of 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
Prior travel nursing experience required; Must complete all assigned facility modules by the Thursday prior to the start date
Proficiency with Epic electronic health records charting system
Telemetry nursing experience strongly preferred
Experience working in a short-term acute care hospital environment
