• Directly manage and develop a team of four HR Generalists
• Partner strategically with the Executive Team to align HR initiatives with business objectives
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract and retain top talent
• Spearhead succession planning initiatives to ensure leadership pipeline readiness
• Manage employee relations strategies to maintain a positive and productive workplace culture

7+ years of demonstrated HR leadership experience within a manufacturing environment is required
