Serve as the primary Human Resources leader providing strategic HR support for a non-union, multi-site manufacturing operation
- Directly manage and develop a team of four HR Generalists
- Partner strategically with the Executive Team to align HR initiatives with business objectives
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract and retain top talent
- Spearhead succession planning initiatives to ensure leadership pipeline readiness
- Manage employee relations strategies to maintain a positive and productive workplace culture
7+ years of demonstrated HR leadership experience within a manufacturing environment is required
