Insurance Defense Paralegal - Remote

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected law firm to hire an experienced Insurance Defense Paralegal. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and has a strong background in supporting attorneys handling insurance defense matters.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in managing case files, preparing legal documents, and coordinating with clients, experts, and court personnel. This hybrid role offers a mix of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration.

Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, and correspondence
Organize and maintain case files, medical records, and deposition summaries
Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, experts, and court personnel
Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review
Support attorneys with billing, time entry, and administrative tasks
Minimum of 3 years experience as a paralegal in insurance defense litigation
Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court rules
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software
Experience working directly with clients and handling confidential information
