At Cat Care Clinic of Naples, cats aren’t part of what we do. Since 1997, we’ve been Southwest Florida’s only cat-exclusive veterinary hospital, on a mission to become the premier destination for feline medicine in our community. We’re looking for a Client Service Representative who wants to help us build something better than ordinary.

Our front desk is a critical part of the experience we create for every client and every cat. As a Client Service Representative, you’ll be the first person many of our clients meet, and your ability to create a calm, welcoming, and knowledgeable experience will set the tone for everything that follows. This is far more than a front-desk position.

This is front-of-house work with real purpose. You’ll work exclusively with cats, as part of a team that genuinely supports one another and takes pride in raising the bar. Closed weekends and all major holidays, so your time off is truly yours

What You’ll Do You’ll be the welcoming heart of the hospital, keeping every visit calm and every client cared for:

Answer phones and communicate confidently about appointments, services, and questions

Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming reception area

Who You Are You’re a warm, dependable people-person who loves cats and cares about getting the details right. A strong communicator in person, by phone, and in writing

Veterinary reception experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person. Valued From the First Hello The person at our front desk shapes every client’s first and last impression, and we recognize how much that matters. 17 to $20 per hour, based on experience
