Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in project management, change management, PMO, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint, Excel, and client project management tools and capabilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Tableau experience.
Strong problem-solving skills, excellent analytical and presentation skills.
Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations/reports and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery, including governance, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables.
Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline.
Gather and facilitate status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
Ensure execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
Support resource planning and forecasting for delivery/execution.
