Registered Nurse (RN) – Charge Nurse | 7 On / 7 Off Full-Time | Evening Shift 3p-11p | Aspire Physical Recovery Center of West Alabama | Northport, AL
Base Pay: $31.00-$40.40 per hour (based on experience)
Evening Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour weekdays | +$2.75/hour weekends

Aspire Physical Recovery Center of West Alabama is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse for our evening shift.
This 7 On / 7 Off schedule provides a full week off between rotations while offering the consistency of a full-time nursing position.
Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the assigned shift.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and ensure appropriate follow-up.
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs on the assigned unit.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
Charge Nurse experience preferred.

Base Pay of $31.00-$40.40 per hour based on experience
