Temp - Phlebotomist - LAB

Phlebotomist Float – Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE Job Schedule Monday – Friday, scheduled hours vary between 6:00am – 4:30pm.

Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.

Process billing information and collect payments when necessary.

Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.

Provide superior customer service to all patients.

Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.

Travel to additional sites when required.

Additional Job Standards In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency.

Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.

Comfortable working under minimal supervision.

Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience.

Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement.

Potential eligibility for the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
