Position Highlights

Provide comprehensive
primary care for patients across the lifespan.
Diagnose and treat acute and
chronic medical conditions.
Perform preventive care,
wellness exams, and health screenings.
Develop long-term
relationships with patients and families.
Collaborate with specialists
and an interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Utilize evidence-based
medicine to improve patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely
documentation using the electronic medical record.

Requirements

MD or DO degree from an
accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board
Eligible in Family Medicine
Completion of an accredited
Family Medicine residency program
Eligible for or currently
holding an unrestricted Indiana medical license
DEA certification or
eligibility to obtain
Excellent communication,
interpersonal, and clinical skills
