COTA - Occupational Therapy

Aspire Therapy & Development Services, a leading multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children and families, and desires to work within a supportive, collaborative multidisciplinary team at our Madison and Verona clinics located in beautiful south-central Wisconsin!

We currently have full-time positions available (MondayFriday, no evenings or weekends), with the opportunity to work at our Madison clinic, our Verona clinic, or possibly a combination of both. Depending on the candidate's expertise, interest, and team needs, this position may also occasionally see clients in the private schools we support. We are a therapist- and family-owned private practice with a stellar reputation in the community.

Mentorship is a priority as we match experienced clinicians who collaborate and supervise new clinicians and therapy assistants.

Because we are a unique, multidisciplinary clinic, you'll work alongside and learn from experts in ABA, Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy.

Deliver high-quality, 1:1 direct occupational therapy interventions to children with physical and/or developmental delays.

Guide children through fun, engaging, and skill-building activities designed to improve skills for daily living, social interaction, sensory regulation, and physical coordination.

Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license or immediate eligibility for licensure.

Experience in a pediatric setting or in a clinical rotation is preferred but not required.
