Job Title: Security Officer
Employment Type:Part Time, 16 hours per week
Shift: 3:30pm to 12:00am, Weekends Location: St. Mary Medical Center
Position Purpose The Security Officer is responsible for the security of hospital employees, patients/families, visitors, and property.
As a Security Officer you will: Serve our customers and provide high quality service with care and courtesy.
Treat customers/patients in a respectful manner.
Makes appropriate safety and security rounds.
Has oversight of the SOC (Security Operations Center)
Handles Duties associated with the Operation of Metal Detector and Wanding
Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED
1-2 years customer service-related experience in a hospital setting
Prior Hospital Security Officer experience preferred
Fingerprints and background check during the hiring process
