RN ICU Nights- Full Time

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care

Milwaukee, WI

We are seeking a registered nurse for the Intensive Care Unit in Milwaukee, WI, working full-time night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinating holistic patient care by leading multidisciplinary teams

Implementing and adapting personalized care plans to improve outcomes

Monitoring clinical status and communicating vital changes to physicians

Facilitating seamless discharge planning and patient support

Minimum Qualifications

Current RN license from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or valid multi-state license

Certification in BLS within 1 month and ALS within 6 months of hire, from AHA or Red Cross

Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure

Skills and Qualities Required

Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, communication, and adaptability to deliver high-quality patient care.
