Lead one or more large or platform programs independently; Act as Team Lead to assigned programs, building a team of cross-functional members, conducting meetings, establishing deliverables and accountability, communicating progress and results to all interested parties, and ensuring that all critical elements of the program, from design to commercialization, are on target to meet objectives
Prepare and deliver executive level communication and/or presentations regarding product reviews / forums, New Product Development (NPD), etc. Provide New Product Development training to all core team personnel worldwide; create and update training materials as a subject matter expert
Identify, plan and lead process improvement initiatives to support the growth and development or best practices and process
Communicate program status, issues and metrics to the Business Unit
Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, applied science, finance, business, management, or economics
Preferred - PMP Certification
Excellent time management skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Project and schedule techniques and best practices
Familiarity with general MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project; familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, or equivalent
Ability to analyze team progress, provide executive level presentations on that analysis with business impacts, and develop and present proposed mitigation plans
Desire to seek out and complete trainings relevant to the position or projects assigned
Display high emotional Intelligence to connect meaningfully with team members
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
