Head of Marketing Management Remote (m/f/d)

Lifecycle Marketing Manager Location: 100% remote
Duration: 5 month Contract (extension/conversion possible)

We're partnering with a leading SaaS company that provides innovative solutions for small and midsize businesses. As the organization continues to invest in its benefits and retirement offerings, they're seeking a hands-on Lifecycle Marketing Manager to execute customer engagement campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and long-term product utilization.

This role is heavily execution-focused and ideal for someone who enjoys building, launching, and optimizing lifecycle campaigns that drive customer adoption and expansion. You'll work closely with lifecycle marketing leaders to execute targeted programs that educate customers, encourage product usage, and support cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Execute end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns focused on increasing adoption of benefits and 401(k) offerings
Build, QA, launch, and optimize email campaigns across customer nurture, expansion, cross-sell, and upsell journeys
Develop and manage audience segmentation, triggers, and automated lifecycle workflows
Support customer education campaigns designed to drive awareness and utilization of retirement and benefits products
Partner with Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Operations teams to execute targeted customer communications
Support the migration of lifecycle programs from Marketo to Iterable
Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on data and testing results
Continuously improve customer journeys through experimentation, personalization, and automation
4-6+ years of lifecycle, CRM, email, or growth marketing experience

• Proven experience owning end-to-end email campaign execution, including build, QA, deployment, reporting, and optimization
• Strong understanding of segmentation, audience targeting, triggers, and journey building
• Experience executing customer lifecycle campaigns aimed at driving engagement, adoption, and conversion
• Data-driven mindset with experience testing and optimizing campaign performance

Experience supporting benefits, payroll, HR tech, fintech, or SaaS products
Background in customer expansion, retention, cross-sell, or upsell marketing
Experience working with Salesforce CRM or related marketing technology platforms
Familiarity with AI tools and workflows that improve marketing efficiency and personalization
Help drive adoption of products that support employee financial wellness and retirement readiness
Execute high-impact lifecycle campaigns with direct influence on customer engagement and product growth
Gain exposure to sophisticated customer journey, segmentation, and automation programs
Partner with experienced lifecycle marketing leaders in a collaborative environment
Contribute to a major marketing automation transformation as the organization migrates to Iterable
Work on a product portfolio that serves hundreds of thousands of small businesses
