About The Role As the Intake Advocate at Tort Experts, you are the first point of contact for potential claimants who are seeking legal assistance with injury claims. If eligible, you will assist potential claimants in the completion of initial forms and applications to retain an attorney.
Availability/Shift: Part-Time Weekend Coverage
Keep updated records and detailed documentation of claimant interactions, concerns, and complaints in a paperless database system
Use good judgment to discern what issues may be urgent and need a manager’s or director’s attention immediately
Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Legal intake experience required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Personal Attributes Empathetic and patient demeanor when interacting with clients.
Other Requirements Ability to work remotely, and manage time and tasks with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications Experience in mass tort law is a plus.
