Description: The Host or Hostess is the friendly face that welcomes guests to our establishment, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience from the moment they arrive. With their warm demeanor and excellent customer service skills, Hosts/Hostesses create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests returning. Seat guests promptly and efficiently, considering table availability and server rotations.
Handle phone calls and assist with inquiries and reservation requests.
Assist servers and other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
Provide attentive customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
Maximize tip potential by delivering exceptional service and hospitality.
Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a customer service role is beneficial.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Dependability and punctuality are essential qualities.

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
