The Warehouse Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations by organizing inventory, coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting overall logistics. Warehouse Coordinators may also need to operate vehicles like trailers, forklifts, or other machinery designed to aid in the transport of heavy materials. A Warehouse Worker may also be responsible for disposing of a variety of leftover packing materials or hazardous waste in a safe and appropriate manner.

Operate mechanical lift, forklift or vehicles

Load and unload materials

Take inventory of materials shipped or received

Store, count, weigh, and open materials received

Load and unload trucks and other vehicles for transporting goods

Fill warehouse orders

Label boxes to identify materials

Dispose of leftover packing materials such as wooden crates, pallets, and cardboard

Working knowledge of general access control systems. Thorough understanding of electronic security systems, their individual parts, and the onsite labor necessary to complete an installation.

Skills/experience using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.

Ability to be creative and resourceful in obtaining solutions to uncommon applications.

Customer focus and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.

Ability to use computer technology to make labels, track inventory, and keep a record of storage
