Contract | Rotating Day/Night Shifts | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry setting
Monitor and interpret ECG cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
Potential to float to additional units to care for the same patient population based on operational needs
Participate in holiday rotation, working at minimum every other holiday
Complete required orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate with an acceptable passing score
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in Medical Surgical / Telemetry; travel experience accepted toward this requirement
Active permanent Ohio RN license or Compact state license in hand at time of submission
Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required
Active ACLS certification required
Active NIHSS certification required
No open licensing or background case hits; all required certifications must be active with nothing pending
Preferred Experience / Skills

• 18 months of permanent experience within a single facility location
• Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry specialty
