Our company has been retained by a family owned, people focused accounting and wealth advisory firm in the Atlanta GA area to hire a senior tax associate / tax senior. This firm appreciates that their employees are their most valuable asset, and if you don't feel like that is the sentiment at your top 25 accounting firm, maybe PE has you concerned or feel that some changes may occur, then maybe we should have a talk about this role. Life Insurance / Dental / Vision
Full time with options for hybrid schedules
Clear promotion tracks, path to senior tax manager and partner
Bachelors degree - accounting, business, finance, or equivalent
CPA preferred, or CPA in progress or CPA eligible
Enrolled Agent with 5-7 years of solid tax experience is also ideal
Experience in a high volume environment with tax work for prep and review with corporations, partnerships, high net worth individuals, and other entities (trusts and pass through entities)
Work with clients directly in a client facing role at times to help ensure they are well taken care of, business clients range from 1 million USD to over 100 million USD in revenue
Experience in multiple popular tax program software like ProSystem, and CCH
