Compensation-$18/ hours

The Role: Your Day-to-Day
As a Front Desk & Guest Experience Specialist, you are the heartbeat of the lodge. You'll maximize revenue, create incredible value for our guests, and handle everything from the first friendly "hello" to a seamless departure.
Guest Ambassadorship: Welcome and check-in guests with a smile, answer phone calls courteously, and share your insider knowledge of local attractions, dining gems, and points of interest.
Reservation Sales & Strategy: Manage the reservations process (e-mails and phone calls) using suggestive selling techniques while staying up-to-date on room availability, local rates, and special packages.
Detail & Account Management: Accurately handle guest accounts, process payments, manage cash drawers, verify data in our property management system, and coordinate room status with housekeeping and maintenance.
The Ultimate Host: Handle guest requests (from extra pillows to wake-up calls) and confidently resolve any complaints to ensure every guest leaves saying "wow."
Team Collaboration: Shift handovers, keeping the desk stocked, troubleshooting basic hotel systems, and acting as a primary point of contact for safety and emergency procedures.

Job Requirements & Physical Demands
Education/Experience: High School diploma and/or equivalent work experience.
Legal: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (I-9 form completion required within the first 3 days of employment).
Physical Ability: This is a physically active role. You must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and comfortably use a computer screen/keyboard for moderate to frequent periods.
