Legal Receptionist - Full time

Be the First Impression Kjar, McKenna & Stockalper, LLP is seeking a professional, dependable, and service-oriented Temporary Legal Receptionist to support our Huntington Beach office. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests while helping maintain the day-to-day operations of a busy law office. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional customer service in a professional environment.

What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, vendors, and job candidates by answering phones, greeting guests, and maintaining a professional front desk environment.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, courier packages, and other general office support tasks.
Prepare, stock, schedule, and maintain conference rooms for meetings and events, ensuring rooms are clean, organized, and ready for use.
Maintain the reception area, kitchen, coffee station, and other common areas, ensuring supplies are stocked and the office remains presentable throughout the day.
Assist with administrative projects, office initiatives, and special assignments as needed.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Perform opening and closing duties, including preparing the office for daily operations and securing reception and common areas at the end of the day.

What We're Looking For Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or front desk experience required.
Law firm or professional services experience preferred.
Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Position Details Temporary full-time position
Monday through Friday
On-site in our Huntington Beach office

Compensation $25.00 - $28.00 per hour , depending on experience.
