Phlebotomy Technician (MA-P) Lab Services

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a Phlebotomy Technician (MA-P) to perform phlebotomy, waived lab tests, automated CBCs, EKGs, and spirometry to support patient diagnosis and treatment. This role ensures accurate specimen collection, testing, documentation, and strong patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws; ensure proper specimen handling

Conduct EKGs and spirometry testing with proper calibration and documentation

Process specimens for reference labs and maintain QC/QA logs

Maintain inventory, equipment, and safe lab practices per CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA

Communicate results and coordinate with providers and clinical staff

Qualifications:

Active WA State MA-P (Medical AssistantPhlebotomist) certification required

High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent)

Strong customer service and phlebotomy skills

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Must pass pre-hire competency test
