The Speech and Language Center in Sterling, Virginia is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing pediatric team! We are a comprehensive, multidisciplinary clinic offering Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and ABA services, allowing for truly collaborative, whole-child care.

At The Speech and Language Center, we believe every child deserves to be understood, respected, and celebrated for who they are. As a Pediatric SLP, you'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders while collaborating with an exceptional team of SLPs, OTs, PTs, and BCBAs. Complete comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy that is child-led, family-centered, and neurodiversity-affirming.

Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and BCBAs to provide coordinated, whole-child care.

Educate and coach caregivers to support progress beyond the therapy session.

Participate in team meetings, continuing education opportunities, and community outreach initiatives.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Current Virginia SLP license (or eligibility).
