Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and craft individualized therapy regimens to achieve their functional goals.

Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and activities of daily living.

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver holistic, comprehensive care.

Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and caregivers on therapy methods to facilitate ongoing progress at home.

Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on track.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

Commitment to continuing education and advanced certifications encouraged and supported.

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.

A genuine passion for aiding others in achieving their maximum level of independence.

Strong, empathetic communication skills with both patients and team members.
