THIS IS A DETOX UNIT - SUBSTANCE ABUSE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. "STRAIGHT" BEH HEALTH EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Effective Immediately, You MUST include your AGENCY Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) license up front with all Berkshire Health System nursing submissions. This license is required by the state of MA in order to staff for temporary needs. BERKSHIRE HEALTH SYSTEM WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY TRAVELER WHO RESIDES WITHIN 50 MILES OF FACILITY. 8hr Shift - 7a-3.30p
Accommodations (10/12hr shifts) will not be considered. This position will take place on the BMC MCGEE UNIT, which is a detox unit.
Berkshire Medical Center has 14 psychiatrists and 10 clinical nurse specialists, who team up with clinical psychologists, social workers, nurses and other clinicians to staff a Clinical Collaborative of comprehensive mental health and substance abuse services with the Brien Center.
Our comprehensive program has two inpatient psychiatry units, one inpatient chemical dependency unit, one clinical stabilization unit (CSS), a partial hospital, a child crisis stabilization unit, two adult acute crisis houses, half-way houses, rehabilitation programs, seven outpatient clinics and a crisis team. Unit Size: 20 beds
Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color
Call-Back (if applicable), Holiday and OT multipliers - 1.25%

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing BSN [Preferred]
• Previous Travel [required] (at least 6 mos)
• Traveler's perm address must be included in profile
