FULL-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONAL

$24 - $34 per hour

Job Description

This position is responsible to provide a wide range of administrative and managerial support. Responsibilities include calendar management and coordination of business meetings, preparing reports and data analysis.

Job Profile Tasks/Responsibilities

Perform general office support tasks associated with onsite location.

Assist with department communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with external and internal guests.

Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.

Record meeting minutes from meetings.

Conserve department leadership's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; reviewing quality related documents for accuracy and compliance; initiating telecommunications.

Perform correspondence, PowerPoint presentations, senior level meeting agendas, internal and external email communication.

Coordinate and set up catering and meal service for office meetings, team events, and company functions to ensure a seamless experience.

Assist in information gathering by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.

Compile expense reports and maintain expense tracker spreadsheet as requested.

Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot malfunctions.

Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.

Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication.

Execute the core tasks and responsibilities, listed in the Job Profile Task/Responsibilities section of this document, under minimal guided supervision.

Maintain flexibility with work hours to support after-hours events, special projects, and evolving business needs.

Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Job Profile Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma required.

Typically five years of experience required.

Proficiency using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Project coordination experience.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is:

$24.00/hr – $34.00/hr
