Cardiac Monitoring Nurse

Provides specialized cardiovascular surgical nursing care within a busy surgical department. Assists in the preparation, monitoring, and supporting of patients undergoing cardiac procedures, ensuring safety and optimal outcomes.
Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgeries, including assisting with instrumentation and equipment.
Monitor vital signs and patient status throughout surgical procedures, responding to any changes promptly.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other team members to ensure smooth operative processes.
Document all clinical interventions and patient responses accurately in compliance with protocols.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and infection control procedures during all phases of patient care.
Hold an active Registered Nurse license with a minimum of 2 years of CVOR experience.
Demonstrate proficiency in cardiovascular and surgical nursing procedures.
Possess strong technical skills in managing CVOR equipment and monitoring devices.
