Licensed Practical Nurse -nursing Ambulatory Care

Pride Health is hiring a Clinic LPN for one of our clients located in Norwood, MA! (Contract)
Contract: 3 months to start
Administering immunizations
Provides health teaching
Provides direct nursing care, comfort measures, emotional support to patients
Maintains clinical documentation within the medical records assuring compliance within all guidelines. Documents all interventions, responses, and outcomes
Active LPN License
Clinic experience preferred
