TEKsystems is hiring an Entry-Level Member Services Representative (MSR) in Jacksonville, FL*

• Training Schedule: *8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST (Some Onsite Attendance Required)
• Multiple shifts range between 11:30 AM - 10:00 PM EST (8.5-hour shifts within a 9.5-hour

We are seeking dependable and service-driven individuals to join a leading financial institution as Member Service Representatives(MSRs).*

• As an MSR, you will play a crucial role in providing empathetic, professional, and solution-oriented support to members through inbound calls. You'll be part of a dynamic team committed to resolving account-related inquiries quickly and accurately while delivering exceptional customer service.*

• Handle inbound calls and assist members with account servicing needs
• Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve account concerns
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Reliable and punctual, especially during training
