Jooble, one of the TOP-10 websites in the world in terms of traffic in the Jobs and Employment segment, has participated in the creation of Future Perfect, a program to promote the English language among Ukrainians, initiated by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
On November 1, 2023, the Future Perfect project, coordinated by the Ministry of Digital Transformation in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy, was presented.
Jooble provided the project with valuable data on employers’ requirements for job seekers’ English language skills, as well as information on how this level correlates with the level of vacancy and salary.
This data has become an important confirmation of the importance of English language skills for successful employment and career growth.
Today, the Future Perfect program already includes many initiatives, including the launch of the Empower and Promova platforms, which provide an opportunity to learn English in a convenient and accessible format.
Coordinated by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine, the program aims to make English the second most important language in Ukraine.
Future Perfect is based on the principle of lifelong learning and was created to ensure that all Ukrainians have access to English language learning. It is an initiative that aims to increase English proficiency among the population and allow Ukrainians to acquire the skills necessary for further personal and professional growth.
According to the Ministry of Digital Transformation, about half of Ukrainian citizens surveyed do not speak English, but 56% of them want to improve their English.
The Future Perfect program is designed to allow Ukrainians to speak a common language with the world, opening up new opportunities for work, study, travel, and development.
