Key Responsibilities • Oversee and manage residential and commercial projects, ensuring timely completion and quality craftsmanship.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors to streamline project execution.
- Supervise on-site teams and provide guidance to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Maintain budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Communicate progress updates with stakeholders and resolve project challenges.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with impact windows, solar, HVAC, roofing, and related services is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management software is an advantage.
