Assistant Project Manager

The Assistant Project Manager will play a key role in supporting construction projects from initiation to completion. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of project management processes in the property construction industry. Description Assist in planning, organizing, and managing construction projects to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain project schedules and budgets. Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Support in preparing project documentation, including contracts and reports. Manage communication between project teams and resolve any issues that arise. Contribute to resource allocation and cost estimation activities. Provide administrative support to the project management team as needed.
