Build Our Future Together The Rare Neurology Medical Account Specialist (MS) engages Neurology specialists and key stakeholders across diverse care settings (e.g., academic centers, large group practices, IDNs, and community accounts) within an assigned geography. The MS delivers clinically focused messaging to drive revenue and achieve product goals, demonstrating strong ownership, initiative, and compliance-driven performance. When & Where Field Based Location: Indianapolis (Metro), Indiana Responsibilities Engage Rare Neurology experts and key customers within an assigned geography to launch products and grow brand share and revenue. Partner with Reimbursement and Access specialists and other stakeholders to address customer needs, market dynamics, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives. Build strong relationships with clinicians, nurses, patient advocacy groups, and internal partners such as Marketing, National Accounts, and Training. Conduct rare neurology‑specific market profiling to understand regional health care delivery, influencers, and payer systems. Apply deep knowledge of customers and markets (prescribers/HCPs/institutions). Develop comprehensive territory/account/customer plans to achieve desired objectives. Ensure all account personnel are educated on Regeneron products. Develop and execute tactics within key accounts to establish, generate, and expand market share. Identify business opportunities and coordinate effort by the Rare Neurology account team. This Role Requires Bachelor’s degree mandatory; Master’s degree or additional advanced education/certifications a plus. Minimum 5 years of successful experience in Neurology sales and specialty/biologic/REMS products strongly preferred. Launch experience preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience working with key thought leaders or high‑influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations with a concentration in Neurology. Proven success and consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments, operating with integrity within compliance guidelines. Results‑oriented with a track record of success with product launches. Strong account management experience with analytical, problem‑solving, and planning skills. Current account management experience calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks. Strong understanding of the Neurology therapeutic area and the current Neurology marketplace.
