A construction firm is seeking a Healthcare Construction Project Manager to lead complex healthcare projects, including hospitals, medical office buildings, and clinical facilities. This role delivers successful projects through strong process, scheduling, and project controls, coordinating work within occupied healthcare environments to ensure minimal disruption to patient care.

Schedule: Full-time.

Compensation: $125,000 to $175,000 per year, based on experience.

What You'll Do:

The Healthcare Construction Project Manager manages projects and leads teams on hospitals, medical office buildings, and clinical facilities, communicating effectively with owners, architects, and engineers throughout the project lifecycle. This includes coordinating projects in occupied healthcare environments to minimize disruption to patient care, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control (ICRA), and life safety requirements (ILSM).

The role supports the preconstruction team and business development efforts, including RFP responses and client interviews in the healthcare sector, and leads meetings such as Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and monthly project status reviews.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
• 8+ years of construction experience, with strong healthcare project experience
• Experience with hospital renovations and expansions
• Experience working in occupied and active healthcare environments
• Experience managing phasing, infection control measures, and complex MEP systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in highly regulated environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong client management skills, with the ability to lead teams through preconstruction and construction, particularly with healthcare systems and facility teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bluebeam experience
• Procore experience
• Experience supporting and growing healthcare client relationships and business development efforts
