Holland America Line is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst for ADA and leave administration. The role leads end-to-end case management, reviews medical documentation, and communicates decisions in compliance with ADA, FMLA, PWFA, and state laws. You will partner with HRBPs, supervisors, Legal, and the leave administrator to ensure timely, compliant outcomes. Responsibilities include overseeing FMLA/PWFA/USERRA, payroll coordination, and policy application while maintaining strict confidentiality #J-18808-Ljbffr Holland America Line
