Marketing Sales & Brand Growth CoordinatorOversees the execution of all strategies related to marketing sales and brand growth at Chick-fil-A Bensalem. The overall goal of this role is to maximize the sales growth for the organization. This position acts as an advisor to the Operator and ensures alignment within the organization based on the priorities of the Operator and the Director team.This Coordinator works closely with the Director Team to facilitate effective decision-making and to ensure our vision and core values are the foundation on which we grow the business.Schedule Expectations (if not full time - hours will adjust):15-20 hours per week on the floor (Operations - serving guest)15-20 hours per week off the floorMajority of hours would be day shift (between 8am - 4pm) but some evening availability will be needed to manage in-restaurant eventsDeliverablesMarketingCreating a yearly, quarterly, and monthly marketing planStewardship of the marketing budgetTaking full responsibility for putting the marketing plan into action which will include: Fundraisers, donation requests and other community support opportunitiesUtilizing social networks and email for marketing needs and keep social media accounts currentPromotion of local, regional and national campaignsResponsible for updating all in-restaurant promotional signageCreate and manage restaurant family events 2-3 times a month (Example: Bingo, toddler story time, family nights, etc)SalesCreating partnerships within the community to build the brand of Chick-fil-A (schools, non-profits, churches, organizations)Creating and managing an annual overall sales goal with the corresponding strategies and expected outcomesCreating and managing annual goals for catering and outside sales opportunitiesCreating and managing annual goals for mobile channels and potential delivery operationsCreating strategies to grow sales through transactions count, check average catering growthCateringAssist in the assembly and delivery of catering orders when neededBenefitsFlexible schedulePaid time offHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurance401(k)401(k) matchingEmployee discountPaid training
