Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to lead and execute marketing initiatives across two growing financial advisory firms. This role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, support business growth, enhance client engagement, and promote a consistent brand experience while recognizing the unique identity of each organization.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is proactive, can successfully manage multiple priorities, and enjoys collaborating with leadership to drive strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing initiatives for two financial advisory organizations.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging while supporting the distinct identity and goals of each firm.
• Create, edit, and distribute client communications, newsletters, email campaigns, marketing collateral, digital content, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate client appreciation events, educational seminars, workshops, and community outreach initiatives from planning through execution.
• Track and evaluate marketing campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing strategies with business development, client acquisition, and organizational objectives.
• Support marketing and communication efforts related to firm growth, acquisitions, and new service offerings.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with external vendors, designers, printers, and other marketing partners as needed.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing account-related questions and delivering proactive, ongoing communication to keep clients informed of account status, updates, and next steps
• Assist with maintaining marketing compliance and standards through broker dealer.
• Provide cross-functional administrative and operational support to the team as needed, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, assisting with client inquiries, and taking on additional responsibilities to help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
