We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Concierge weekends only to join our team at Clove Lakes Health Care and Rehabilitation Center, a premier healthcare facility on Staten Island, NY. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to our residents and their loved ones, ensuring their overall well‑being and satisfaction. Responsibilities Coordinate and facilitate arrangements for resident outings, appointments, and activities Assist with scheduling and planning resident events and activities Provide personalized support and guidance to residents and their families Maintain accurate records and reports of resident activities and preferences Develop and maintain positive relationships with physicians, staff, and residents Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services Benefits Paid Time Off (starting with 2 weeks' vacation, 12 sick days, 10 holidays, 2 personal days and your Birthday!)
