About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Software Engineering to lead a large team of engineers in the development of digital learning products. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the engineering strategy, leading and developing experienced engineering leaders, and building systems that foster the growth and success of the engineering organization. The role demands a leader with a keen business sense, the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders, and a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and scalability. Experience in the EdTech industry, particularly in the higher education market, and with data-driven products, is highly valued.
