Patient Care Representative

Sentara MJMG Greene Family Medicine is now hiring a full-time patient care representative in the Ruckersville, VA area!

Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (8:00AM to 5:00PM). Tuesday (8:00AM to 8:00PM).

As a patient care representative with Sentara, you will be responsible for the registration process of new and current patients at the site. Your primary responsibility will focus on completing check-in and check-out functions to include collection of co-pays, scheduling of appointments, and requests for medical records. Answers telephone calls and greets all patients and visitors with a smile.

Education: HS diploma

Experience: Customer service experience preferred
