Food Runner

The Sundial Beach Resort & Spa located on sunny Sanibel Island is seeking an energetic Food Runner to join our team! Essential Functions: Maintain a Guest focus while performing duties Responsibility for quality guests’ experience Transport food from kitchen to guest using correct table numbers and seat positions. Set up all condiments and kitchen expo line Complete assigned side work and closing duties Expedite all orders from the hot, cold, and sushi windows. Communicate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen Help pre-bussing tables Help return full dish tubs back to the kitchen Notify manager-on-duty any time a guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience Have complete knowledge of all policies, standards, and procedures of the department Available for work assignments outside of associate’s customary work schedule. This may include evenings, overnight, weekends and holidays Maintain compliance with all resort policies and procedures described and communicated by management.
