WHAT COULD 40 QUALIFYING CUSTOMER REFERRALS EARN YOU?

$2,000 in potential first-transaction commissions.

Illustrative kitchen-remodel example: demolition, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, cabinets, countertops and flooring - 8 possible trades.

8 trades x 5 different subcontractors personally referred by you x $50 after each customer's first qualifying paid transaction = $2,000 ($250 per trade).

If those same 40 customers each complete their second and third qualifying paid transactions, the additional $25 + $25 per customer could generate another $2,000 over time: $4,000 in standard commissions, plus separately earned bonuses. Later transactions are not assumed to occur on the same project.

This is a hypothetical calculation, not actual or typical earnings, a forecast, or a guarantee. Each customer must be separately referred and properly attributed to you. Registration or bidding alone earns no commission. Qualifying-payment, clearance and refund-hold requirements apply. The same customer cannot be counted again as a new referral in another trade. Referring the homeowner or project does not automatically earn credit for participating subcontractors. The written compensation plan governs.

BuildersBids LLC is recruiting independent sales representatives for a remote, commission-only opportunity. Experienced sales professionals and motivated first-time candidates are welcome.

BuildersBids is an online construction marketplace connecting homeowners, business owners, General Contractors and Subcontractors. Our Sales Academy provides structured onboarding and training, supported by a representative portal, referral links and prospect-management tools.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Introduce BuildersBids to prospective customers through approved remote networking, telephone, email and social media outreach. Explain the platform accurately, share your referral link, maintain follow-up records, and follow Check & Claim, Do-Not-Call, consent and privacy requirements.

COMPENSATION

Commissions + bonuses. This is a commission-only, 1099 independent-contractor role, not an hourly or salaried position. Compensation is governed by the written BuildersBids compensation plan and qualifying customer payments. Earnings are not guaranteed. No numeric salary or hourly rate is offered.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

Structured Sales Academy training, a Sales Representative Portal, a unique referral code and invitation link, prospect tracking and visibility into commissions and bonuses.

WHO SHOULD APPLY

Professional, reliable and self-motivated candidates with strong communication skills, internet access and the ability to work independently. Sales or construction-industry experience is helpful but not required. Required onboarding, agreements and compliance training must be completed before outreach.

LOCATION

Remote within the United States. We are seeking candidates in Florida, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Arizona, New York, Washington, California, Nevada and the Atlanta, Georgia area. Company headquarters: Las Vegas, Nevada.
