This role is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and assisting in the operation of cold forming equipment to produce parts that meet production and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up cold form machines for production runsMake adjustments to ensure accurate productionRead and interpret work orders and production specificationsLoad materials and monitor machine operationInspect parts for quality and defectsUse measuring tools to verify product accuracyTroubleshoot minor machine issuesChange tooling, dies, and machine components as neededMaintain production and quality documentationEnsure a clean and safe work environmentFollow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and proceduresQualificationsPrevious experience in machine operation, setup, or manufacturing preferredMechanically inclined and comfortable working with machineryAbility to read and follow instructions and production detailsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced environmentDependable and able to work night shift hours
