SCOPE : Our packers will bag, label and stage components. Packers must be efficient and detailed oriented.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use Bagging machine to bag product for shipment in high volume, small quantities of small parts/components
• Accurately count components to ship per daily work orders
• Bag components using a machine, heat seal plastic bags and print labels
• Act as a fill-in within assembly as required

REQUIREMENTS:

* Must have previous packing experience* Ability to lift 40 lbs; continuously* Integrity - Reliability, Responsibility and Accountability* Working knowledge of the English language, both oral and written* Ability to perform work in a safe manner* Ability to keep a clean and neat workstation (6S)* Must have high attention-to-detail and strong vision and hearing* Ability to perform repeated physical tasks* Ability to stand for 8 - 10 hours a day* Skilled in active listening and following directions* Good communication skills
